Kidley is content, not medical or therapeutic advice. The $14 playbook is a one-time purchase that grants one household lifetime access to what's in the playbook, yours to keep. Kidley+ is an optional $9/month subscription you can cancel anytime. We create an account for you so it follows your devices. Playbook purchases are final. Don't redistribute the content. We can change the app over time.
"Kidley", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Kidley team. "You" means the person using the app. By using kidley.app, my.kidley.app, or any associated service, you agree to these terms.
Kidley is a small web app that offers parenting protocols, guides, tools, and daily content. It is for education and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If your child is in crisis, or if you have concerns about your child's health, behaviour, or development, please contact your paediatrician, GP, or a licensed mental-health professional.
When you buy Kidley, you create an account secured by email and password. This account belongs to one household: both parents (and any other primary caregivers in the home) may sign in on their own devices. You may not share your login credentials with people outside your household, post the content publicly, or resell it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.
Kidley+ is optional and separate: the $14 playbook is one-time and yours to keep whether or not you take Kidley+. Kidley+ is a $9/month subscription that renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime; on cancellation you keep the playbook but lose access to Kidley+ features at the end of the billing period.
The $14 playbook is a one-time purchase and is final. Because it is digital content that can be read immediately, we cannot offer refunds on it. To help you decide before you buy, we publish sample protocols, the Foundations chapter, and the full FAQ openly on this site.
Kidley+ is an optional $9/month subscription. You can cancel it anytime from your account; cancellation stops future monthly charges and you keep access to Kidley+ features until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
We may add, change, or remove specific features, tools, or pieces of content over time as the product improves. We won't materially reduce the scope of what you paid for without notifying founding members.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service (email, paid status, your profile, and your saved library). The full breakdown is in our Privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Kidley is provided "as is". We do everything we can to make it useful, accurate, and well-built, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using it. Parenting is hard, and there are no scripts that work in every house, every time. Use your judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidley and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and surface a notice the next time you open the app.
